MULTI-CASSETTE NEGATIVE PRESSURE SINGLE FACER
A bottom drawer-type single facer built for fast roll changeover — gearless box design, negative-pressure (vacuum) hold-down, and support for A, B, C and E flute profiles at speeds up to 250 m/min.
FORMAT FLEXIBILITY
Corrugating rolls are available for A, B, C and E flute profiles, so the same machine platform can be configured for the board types your customers order.

CONSISTENT FLUTE AND GLUE CONTROL
Beyond the quick-change system, the roll and glue station specs are built to hold tight, repeatable tolerances at speed.
Independent-Drive Pressure Roll
394mm carbon steel pressure roll with its own transmission, surface precision-ground and chrome-treated.
Chrome-Plated Glue & Doctor Rolls
315mm glue roll and 180mm doctor roll, both steel with ground, chrome-plated surfaces for even glue transfer.
Liner Preheating Drum
500mm preheating drum for liner; below it, the corrugating roll and pressure roll run on imported lubricating oil.
Hydraulic & Electric Pressure Control
Upper corrugating roll pressure is adjusted hydraulically; pressure roll pressure is adjusted electrically.
Speed-Compensated Glue Gap
The gap between glue roll and doctor roll adjusts automatically as line speed changes.
Digital Micro-Gap Indication
Motorized adjustment with digital read-out on the lower corrugating roll–pressure roll, glue roll–lower roll, and doctor roll gaps.
