MULTI-CASSETTE POSITIVE PRESSURE SINGLE FACER
A low center-of-gravity single facer with an electric, battery-powered cassette roll-change system, SNCM-439 tungsten-carbide corrugating rolls, and servo-driven synchronous transmission — built to run five flute profiles with stable, repeatable precision.
One Fingerless Design, Five Frame Sizes
The MSF-P series carries its corrugating rolls at the base of the machine, with the pressure roll positioned above — lowering the machine’s centre of gravity and cutting vibration so board quality holds steady at any running speed. Roll sets swap through a motorized, battery-driven cassette carriage, so an order changeover is a push-button move rather than a manual roll pull.

Corrugating rolls swap on a pneumatic, motorized cassette carriage — battery-driven forward, backward, and stop, no manual wheeling.
LOW CENTER OF GRAVITY
Corrugating rolls below, pressure roll above: the layout lowers vibration and holds stability at any running speed.
DIGITAL MOTORIZED ADJUSTMENT
Corrugating, pressure, and glue roll gaps are set by motorized adjustment with digital readout, independent on drive and operation sides.
AUTO GLUE GAP COMPENSATION
The glue gap display auto-adjusts for different paper types and machine speed, keeping film thickness consistent without manual resets.
ASSISTANT PREHEATING PRESSURE ROLL
Adapts to paper quality and speed, reducing pressure-roll marking on thinner stock and extending the single facer’s working strength.
