SINGLE FACER
A fingerless single facer with Ni-Cr-Mo alloy corrugating rolls, Japan-imported bearings, and a built-in pre-heater and pre-condition steam shower — designed to run consistent flute formation and glue application at speeds up to 250 m/min.
BUILT FOR DURABLE, PRECISE FLUTE FORMATION
From the corrugating roll material to the digital gap indication, every part of the SF series is aimed at keeping flute quality and glue application consistent, shift after shift.
Ni-Cr-Mo Alloy Corrugating Rolls
Upper and lower corrugating rolls are heat-treated to Shore 70° or more, then ground and chrome-plated for a durable, precise flute-forming surface.
Japan-Imported Bearings
1, 2 or 3 conveyor layers guide single-faced board from each single facer to the double, triplex or fourfold preheater.
Pneumatic Roll Control
Up-and-down movement of the upper corrugating roll, pressure roll and applicator roll is controlled pneumatically.
Integrated Pre-Heater & Pre-Condition Shower
The machine includes a built-in liner pre-heater and a pre-condition steam shower for the medium, conditioning both papers before they meet.
Digital Micro-Gap Adjustment
Gaps between the lower corrugating roll and pressure roll, lower roll and glue roll, and glue roll and doctor roll are set by electric micro-adjustment with digital indication.
Motorized Glue Divider & Self-Rotary Applicator
A motorized dividing-glue device works with a self-rotary applicator roll device for consistent glue distribution.

The SF-20N and SF-25NB can be specified with either of the following options at order time.
Tungsten Carbide Corrugating Roll
A tungsten carbide roll option for extended wear life on demanding board grades or high-volume production.
PLC Auto Glue Mixing Device
Controls glue amount effectively and can link to the line’s main control, automatically adjusting glue quantity by paper grade and running speed.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Both share the same fingerless design and build quality. SF-25NB steps up roll diameter, adds a second preheating drum for liner, and reaches a higher design speed.
