N.C. HELICAL CUT-OFF（DOUBLE DRIVE）
Hsieh Hsu N.C. Helical Cut-Off (Double Drive) is designed for high-speed corrugated board production lines, delivering precise sheet cutting, stable operation, and efficient order changes. Available in NC-C110H, NC-C128H, and NC-C158H, the series offers multiple performance options to match different production capacities while maintaining excellent cutting accuracy and long-term reliability.
Integrated into a Complete Corrugated Board Production Line
N.C. Helical Cut-Off is installed after the N.C. Slitter Scorer in a corrugated board production line, where it accurately cuts corrugated sheets to the required length before they are transferred to the downstream stacking system.

The NC control system works with dual measuring wheels to achieve cutting accuracy of ±1.0 mm while storing up to 99 production orders for fast job switching.

The lightweight hollow blade shaft and helical blade design reduce cutting resistance, improve transmission efficiency, lower power consumption, and extend blade service life.
Convenient Blade Maintenance
The machine allows quick blade removal for maintenance and supports reverse blade grinding to help extend blade service life and reduce maintenance time.
