As an important processing unit in the Hsieh Hsu Corrugated Board Production Line, the N.C. Slitter Scorer is installed after the Double Backer to perform precise slitting and scoring before the cut-off process. Its single blade down slitting design, servo-controlled scoring system, and high positioning accuracy help improve board quality, minimize printing defects, and ensure stable operation throughout the corrugator line.

The Ø270 mm upper scoring wheel is equipped with a servo-controlled scoring depth system, while three independently controlled lower scoring profiles (Male to Male, Male to Female, and Male to Flat) adapt to different board specifications.
Reliable Board Handling
Automatic paper pressing, anti-board bending devices, and a motorized web suction system help maintain stable board transport throughout the slitting and scoring process.
