High-Speed Single / Duplex Auto Downstacker
The DSK-7S, DSK-7D, DSK-9S, and DSK-9D SINGLE/DUPLEX AUTO DOWNSTACKER are designed for high-speed automatic stacking of corrugated sheets. With intelligent servo control, automatic order changing, and precise stack handling, they support continuous production at speeds up to 350 m/min.
Integrated into a Complete Corrugated Board Production Line
Installed at the end of the corrugated board production line, the SINGLE/DUPLEX AUTO DOWNSTACKER automatically receives, stacks, and discharges finished sheets, ensuring continuous high-speed production and efficient downstream handling.

DSK-7S / DSK-7D
The 7-stage conveyor system uses individually controlled induction servo motors, allowing conveyor speeds to be adjusted according to production requirements for stable sheet transfer and stacking.
DSK-9S / DSK-9D
The 9-stage servo motor and inverter-controlled conveying system provides smoother board transport, more stable stacking, and improved performance for high-speed production.
Features
Intelligent Servo Stacking System
The gantry lifting and basket lifting system is driven by servo motors, providing stable lifting, neat stacking, and reduced output time.
Vacuum-Assisted Sheet Handling
The first and second conveyor stages are equipped with a vacuum adsorption system featuring six rows of brush-type pressure bars with spring steel plates. Sheet forks are installed at the output end for improved sheet handling.
Automatic Apron Positioning
The rear apron is automatically controlled by a servo motor for lifting and positioning, allowing multiple orders to be stacked within a single pile while enabling fast and accurate order changes.
Lateral Stack Discharge
The track-type gantry stacking platform and inverter-controlled lateral output system ensure smooth stack transfer while helping prevent board damage during receiving and discharge.
Intelligent Control System
A color touch screen provides convenient machine operation and monitoring. Standard communication interfaces allow integration with production management systems for automated production control.
Fully Automatic Operation
