SINGLE/DUPLEX AUTO DOWNSTACKER
Hsieh Hsu SINGLE/DUPLEX AUTO DOWNSTACKER is designed for automatic stacking and handling of corrugated sheets at the end of the production line. Available in both single and duplex configurations, it provides stable sheet separation, precise stacking, and continuous conveying to improve production efficiency while reducing manual handling.
Integrated into a Complete Corrugated Board Production Line
The SINGLE/DUPLEX AUTO DOWNSTACKER is installed at the end of the corrugated board production line, automatically stacking finished sheets and preparing them for efficient downstream handling, packaging, or transportation.

4-stage conveyor system (DSK-3S / DSK-3D)
Each conveyor stage is independently controlled by a servo motor, allowing different belt speeds according to sheet length, order quantity, and production speed for smooth stacking.
6-stage conveyor system (DSK-4S / DSK-4D)
The six independently controlled servo conveyor stages provide enhanced speed adjustment and improved stacking performance, making them suitable for higher production flexibility.
Features
Servo-Controlled Conveyor System
Multiple conveyor stages are individually controlled by servo motors, allowing belt speeds to be adjusted according to sheet length, production speed, and order quantity for smooth sheet stacking.
Hydraulic Lifting Platform
The stacking platform is raised and lowered by a hydraulic system with a proportional control valve, providing smooth operation while preventing stack overturning.
Automatic Sheet Separation
When the preset sheet quantity is reached, the suction system works together with the conveyor belts to separate each stack accurately for continuous production.
Three-Way Stack Discharge
Finished sheet stacks can be discharged through:
- Operation Side
- Drive Side
- Both Sides
The conveyor rollers gradually increase speed to prevent stack overturning during transfer.
Flexible Multi-Size Stacking
Supports multi-size order stacking, making production of small-size orders more efficient.
