BUILT TO KEEP THE SHEET MOVING TRUE
The DR-7 pairs an Ø850 mm upper roll with an Ø650 mm lower roll to grip and advance corrugated board through the wet end without slip or drift. Both rolls are wrapped in a non-slip belt surface, giving consistent traction across paper grades and moisture conditions.
Each roll runs off its own gearbox and is driven independently through universal joints, so the upper and lower rolls can flex slightly out of parallel to follow board thickness variation while still delivering synchronized, positive drive.
When it’s time for service, the upper and lower roll shafts pull out as dischargeable assemblies — no need to dismantle the stand frame, which keeps scheduled maintenance short and predictable.
KEY FEATURES
Every element of the DR-7 is specified for continuous corrugator operation — from the belt-wrapped roll face to the way the shafts come apart for service.
UPPER ROLL — Ø850MM
The larger upper roll increases wrap contact with the board, promoting even nip pressure across the full sheet width.
LOWER ROLL — Ø650MM
A matched lower roll counters the upper roll to hold sheet tracking steady as line speed changes.
NON-SLIP BELT SURFACE
Both rolls are wrapped in a non-slip belt, maintaining grip on the board face and preventing sheet slippage under load.
DISCHARGEABLE SHAFTS
Upper and lower roll shafts release as complete assemblies, so routine maintenance no longer requires a full stand teardown.
INDEPENDENT GEARBOX
One dedicated gearbox delivers direct, isolated drive with no shared load path back to other line stations.
UNIVERSAL JOINT DRIVE
Upper and lower rolls are transported independently through universal joints, allowing each roll to follow board thickness while staying in sync.
