Ground & Chrome-Plated Doctor Roll
Doctor roll surface is precision ground before chrome plating for a stable metering edge.
Pneumatic Pressure Roll
Lift and lower of the pressure roll is pneumatically controlled for quick, repeatable engagement.
Integrated Pre-Heating Rolls
Built-in pre-heating rolls — three at 450mm diameter and one at 800mm diameter — warm the paper web ahead of gluing to support better glue penetration and adhesion.
Digital Micro-Gap Adjustment
Electric micro-adjustment with digital indication sets the glue roll–doctor roll and glue roll–pressure roll gaps.
Full-Width Glue & Doctor Roll Coverage
Glue roll and doctor roll span the entire storage space, with the doctor roll positioned beneath the full glue bath for even, edge-to-edge coating.

Contact Bar
An optional contact bar keeps glue well mixed within the storage pan, reducing settling and uneven concentration during long runs.

Auto Glue Dam
An automatic glue dam regulates the glue level within the storage pan, maintaining a consistent glue supply to the rolls throughout production.
