The gluing machine pairs three independently driven glue lanes with anti-condensation protection, so glue quality holds steady even through line stops and restarts.
Independent AC Motor Drive
Three 10HP A.C. motors with inverters drive each lane independently, keeping the machine synchronized with the Double Facer.
Chrome-Plated Glue Rolls
Ø313 mm steel glue rolls with engraved, chrome-plated surfaces — one per lane — for even, repeatable glue transfer.
Ground & Chrome-Plated Doctor Rolls
Ø213 mm steel doctor rolls are precision ground before chrome plating, giving a stable metering edge on every lane.
Anti-Starch Condensation Design
An automatic idling device turns the glue roll during operation interruptions, preventing starch from condensing and drying on the roll surface.
Digital Micro Glue-Gap Adjustment
The gap between glue roll and doctor roll is set by a motorized micro-adjustment device with digital read-out for precise, repeatable setup.
Dual-Diameter Pre-Heating Rolls
Standard Ø450 mm pre-heating rolls are paired with a larger Ø552 mm upper roll for more even paper conditioning before gluing.
