BUILT FOR CONSISTENT GLUE LAY-DOWN
Every roller in the gluing machine is machined and finished to hold tight tolerances over long production cycles, so glue thickness stays uniform from the first sheet to the last.
Chrome-Plated Glue Roll
Glue roll surface is engraved and hard chrome-plated for even glue transfer and long service life under continuous operation.
Ground & Chrome-Plated Doctor Roll
The doctor roll surface is precision ground before chrome plating, giving a stable metering edge that controls glue film thickness.
Pneumatic Pressure Roll
Lift and lower of the pressure roll is pneumatically controlled, allowing quick, repeatable engagement without manual adjustment.
Digital Micro-Gap Adjustment
Gaps between glue roll–doctor roll and glue roll–pressure roll are set by electric micro-adjustment with digital indication for repeatable setup.
Four Ø450 mm Pre-Heating Rolls
Four pre-heating rolls condition the paper web ahead of gluing, supporting more stable bonding at higher line speeds.
Split-Casting Construction
Split-casting glue and doctor rolls simplify removal and replacement, reducing maintenance downtime on the line.
