Single Bridge Conveyor

STEADY, TRACKABLE WEB TRANSFER
Beyond simply lifting board across the line, the BC series tracks paper position, holds tension, and gives operators control from either end of the bridge.
Upper Guide Conveyor
One upper guide conveyor set is installed above each single facer, picking up single-faced board as it leaves the facer.
Level-Type Horizontal Conveyor
1, 2 or 3 conveyor layers guide single-faced board from each single facer to the double, triplex or fourfold preheater.
Digital Width Tracking
Paper width and left-right position are adjusted by an electric device, with a digital display for repeatable setup.
Suction-Brake Tension Control
A suction-brake device on the bridge holds the board flat, with board tension controlled — and adjustable — by pneumatic system.
Dual Operation Panels
Two operation panels let staff run the bridge from either the upper bridge or the lower bridge, whichever suits the task.
Safety Rails & Staircases
Safety rails are fitted on both sides of the walkway, with staircases for safe operator access at working height.
