PRE-CONDITION FOR MEDIUM
Double, triplex and fourfold preheaters that condition paper ahead of gluing — each available with fixed pre-heating rolls or, in the rotary type, rolls that can be motor-driven to rotate for more even heat transfer.
WHAT IT DOES
Before medium paper reaches the corrugating rolls, its humidity and tension need to be brought into a stable, workable range — that’s the job of the pre-condition unit.
Improves Paper Humidity
Contact with the heated pre-heating roll raises and evens out the moisture content of the medium paper, helping it form a cleaner flute at the single facer.
Manages Tension
Guide rollers and, on the top tier, a dedicated brake keep paper tension controlled as it feeds toward the corrugating rolls.
PRODUCT TIERS
All three tiers share the same 800/1000/1200mm roll diameters. Each tier up adds control: first over wrap angle, then over the roll’s own rotation.
