HOW THE DML-3 WORKS
The DML-3 sits ahead of the pre-heating roll in the corrugator wet end, preparing medium paper for the double-wall or triple-wall lamination process.

Chrome-Plated Glue Roll
Glue roll surface is ground and hard chrome-plated, allowing smooth, even glue pickup with strong abrasion resistance.
Ground & Chrome-Plated Doctor Roll
Doctor roll surface is precision ground before chrome plating for a stable, wear-resistant metering edge.
Pneumatic Pressure Roll
Lift and lower of the pressure roll is pneumatically controlled for quick, repeatable engagement with the paper web.
Manual or Electric Gap Adjustment
The glue roll–doctor roll gap can be set manually or electrically, with digital indication available for the glue roll–doctor roll and glue roll–pressure roll gaps.
Automatic Glue Dividing with Edge Control
A deceleration motor drives the glue dividing device, allowing precise control over the ungummed margin along the paper edge.
Single Facer Synchronization
The DML-3 can be synchronized with the Single Facer either manually or automatically, keeping line speed and glue application in step.
